How you make a gift of real property

Your real property may be gifted to The Community Foundation by working through our separate public benefit corporation, The Real Estate Foundation of San Luis Obispo County. The purpose of the Real Estate Foundation is to facilitate the sale of donated real estate, from anywhere in the United States, in order to pass the net proceeds of that sale on to San Luis Obispo County charities designated by you.
